I am a Florida native who has been living in the Jacksonville area since 1983, but have called St. Johns County and St. Augustine home since 1994, where my two sons attended and graduated from the excellent local schools.  However, my experience and broad in-depth market knowledge includes all of the greater Jacksonville area too.
